The Bookworm Bag collection contains 10 books on a theme that can be read to children or that they can read to themselves.

All you need is a valid Saskatoon Public Library card to check out a Bookworm Bag.
Choose a theme, place a hold, and pick up your kit at your local library.
You’ll be notified when your kit is available, and have seven days to pick it up. If you’re unable to pick up the kit within seven days, the hold will be cancelled. The borrowing period for Bookworm Bags is six weeks.
Keep in mind, if you’re checking out the Bookworm kit, you will be financially responsible for returning all items.
Frequently Asked Questions
You can have up to three Bookworm Bags checked out on your library card at one time.
Bookworm Bags are only available for pick up at Saskatoon Public Library locations.
Your account will be charged the replacement cost of the individual books lost or damaged.
Renewals are not available for Bookworm Bags.
