Introducing Holds Pickup Lockers
We’ve added Holds Pickup Lockers at two of our library locations, allowing you to pick up holds at your convenience, even outside of regular library open hours.
The holds pickup lockers are located:
- Outside the Carlyle King Library/Cosmo Civic Centre, and is accessible 24 hours a day
- Outside the Cliff Wright Library but inside the Lakewood Civic Centre, making it accessible during the civic centre open hours
When placing a hold online, you’ll be asked to choose a pick-up location. To use a holdIT™ locker, select a holdIT lockers as your desired location. After receiving a notification that item(s) are ready for pickup, you’ll have two days to retrieve it from the locker. Once at the locker, simply scan your library card and follow the prompts.
