Make a generational impact

Choosing to leave a gift to Saskatoon Public Library in your will is an opportunity for you to make a lasting contribution to your community. It also allows you to create a deeply meaningful legacy to be shared by the people of Saskatoon for generations to come.

Will gifts are by far the most common form of legacy gifts. By naming Saskatoon Public Library as a beneficiary in your will, you can provide for your loved ones and help the library prosper.

Your will gift (bequest) can be set up to leave a particular sum of money, a specific asset such as property, or a certain percentage of your estate. Please view/download this document for more information on suggested will language for making a gift to SPL.

We recommend that you discuss this information with your lawyer. They may also ask for the following information:

Saskatoon Public Library
311  23rd St E
Saskatoon, SK S7K 0J6
Charitable registration number: 119415123RR0001

If you have questions, please email Vicki Corbin, Manager of Community Giving, or phone her at 306.986.3110.

SPL recommends that you consult with your lawyer, financial advisor or estate advisor to help you make the best choice for your particular situation.
