Storytimes at Frances Morrison Central Library

Please fill out this form to request a storytime program for your class at Frances Morrison Central Library. Due to high demand, programs at this location will be awarded by lottery. To request a Storytime from October to December, 2023 apply by Sep 31. To request a Storytime from January to June, 2024 apply by Jan 31. Requests outside of these timeframes will be accommodated if possible. All school storytimes at Frances Morrison Central Library for the 2023/24 academic year will be Trickster Tales from Around the World. Trickster Tales feature characters – often talking animals – who trick others to get what they want or to escape harm from someone more powerful. Different cultures use trickster tales to teach lessons about how to behave and treat other people. This storytime program will feature well-known tricksters Anansi, Wisahkecahk and Kanchil through storytelling and puppetry.
