Outreach Workers at SPL
UPDATE: Though libraries are currently closed, Outreach Workers will still be available by phone (306.657.8556 or 306.657.8768) from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, or by email at [email protected]. They have up-to-date information on what community support services remain open and will still be providing referrals during this time.
Our Outreach Workers can help in many ways, particularly with support you may need in solving problems related to housing, mental health, addictions, crisis support, employment, income, or other confidential and important needs. Outreach Workers are there to:
- Connect you to support services in the community through referrals.
- Help you navigate through policies and procedures of community organizations.
- Provide supportive listening and brief counselling.
Whatever your situation, Saskatoon Public Library's outreach workers are here to help. Outreach workers will be on site and available to meet on a drop-in basis at the following locations and times.
