Are you an Indigenous artist? We’re looking for artists of all kinds to feature on our new program, Indigenous Spotlight. This includes theatre, music, art, dance and more. Chosen applicants will be compensated for their work.

Led by the Writer in Residence, Danny Ramadan, Public Salon is a great new program featuring local Saskatoon voices to read their stories, recite their poems and be supported by the community. Chosen applicants will receive a $100 honorarium for their participation.

Help us select the next Writer in Residence.

Join the Writer in Residence Selection Committee made up of four to six community members and one library representative to select the next Writer in Residence for the 2021-22 term. Committee members are experts in the field, able to provide a critical voice to the selection process, have deep connections to the Saskatoon community and be supportive of the Writer in Residence program.
