We offer free pickup at all Saskatoon Public Library locations across the city.  Simply select your local library location during check out.

Orders are usually ready in 7 business days.  You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Once you have received an email that your order is ready, you will have 14 days to pick up your item(s).  Items not picked up will be restocked and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Hours: 9 am – 4:30 pm CST, Monday to Friday (closed statutory holidays).

Please bring the item(s) you would like to return, along with a copy of your receipt, to any library in Saskatoon.

If you need an item in a different size or style, please return your item(s) and place a new order.

Damaged items and those designated as final sale items cannot be returned.

All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition to be eligible for refund.

All headwear is final sale.

All other clothing returns must have the original tags attached.

Returns will be processed using the original payment method.
